The truth... I was exhausted. I was stressed. Always on the verge of my next breakdown. And although I thought I was taking care of myself, that couldn't have been further from the truth.
I took a weekend away with one of my best friends to a mini yoga retreat + in just 2.5 days the trajectory of my life changed forever.
I still have all my business'. I'm still a single mom to a beautiful, crazy girl. I'm still doing a lot of things, most of the time. But I found my way home to me. I no longer live in a state of constant stress, tired beyond belief, + crying over chopped lettuce my kid spilled in the car.
